Happiness can be found in the small things.  We don't always need big extravagant events or material items to bring a smile to our face.  In fact it's not actually these things at all that will make us happy. 

You see happiness comes from within and its a choice, a decision, that we have every day.  We get to choose to find the tiny joys and the little things that give us a warm hug feeling.  We get to decide, when we wake up, today is going to be a great day; and then we can choose to see the little things around us that confirm this.  Below I have listed 50 things that can bring a spark of happiness in to your day.  I know everyone is different and what I love may not be what you love, but I am confident there will be a number of things in this list that will make you smile if they happen to you today.
