Shipping and Returns


We want to make things easy for you so will happily refund or exchange your full-priced products within 15 days of delivery. The product must be perfect condition within original packaging. 

If you do want to return the item you purchased for any reason, please send us an email at  We will respond to your email within 24 hours and give you all of the return instructions.  You will need to cover the cost of returning the item/s to us and we do recommend adding tracking to your return delivery.

Allow up to 2 weeks for the receipt and processing of your return. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment. You’ll receive confirmation by email when your return is completed. .

If there is a product fault, we will happily meet consumer rights and exchange or refund your item.

Tracking orders

We track all orders to New Zealand and Australian addresses.

Order processing time

Some prints are always in stock, while others are printed to order.  

Orders of in stock prints will be processed within 48 hours.  Orders printed by order will be processed within 3 days.

If your order is urgent, please get in touch before ordering and we can advise the stock availability.

How long does shipping take?

We currently use New Zealand Post for delivery of orders. 

Within New Zealand the estimated time is between 1-4 business days.  For Australian orders please allow up to 2 weeks on average. 

The actual delivery times are outside of our control once the parcel has been left with New Zealand Post.  A delivery confirmation email is sent once processed and includes your tracking number.
