Shipping & Returns


We want to make things easy for you so will happily refund or exchange your full-priced products within 30 days of delivery. The product must be perfect condition, unworn with original packaging. 

If you do want to return the item you purchased for any reason, please send us an email at  We will respond to your email within 24 hours and give you all of the return instructions.  You will need to cover the cost of returning the item/s to us and we do recommend adding tracking to your return delivery.

Allow up to 2 weeks for the receipt and processing of your return. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment. You’ll receive confirmation by email when your return is completed. .

If there is a product fault, we will happily meet consumer rights and exchange or refund your item.


Tracking orders

We track all orders to New Zealand and Australian addresses.

Order processing time

Some styles + prints are always in stock, while others are printed to order.  Please check the product description of the item you are ordering to see if it is part of the pre-order collection.

Orders of in stock styles will be processed within 3 days.

Pre-orders take up two two weeks for printing, and are then sent for delivery.

How long does shipping take?

We use New Zealand Post for delivery of orders.  Within New Zealand the estimated time is between 1-4 business days.  For Australian orders please allow up to 2 weeks on average.
