Shipping policy
We track all orders to New Zealand addresses.
For International orders you have the option of tracked or untracked. Please note if you select a non-tracked option we are not able to see where your package is once it reaches the destination country. If the package does not arrive, we will need to file a claim with NZ Post. No refunds or replacements can be made until the process is complete with NZ Post.

Free shipping applies to New Zealand orders $65 and above. The threshold is based on the final cart value.
Shipping costs
New Zealand standard shipping is $5.00, and rural delivery is $9.00
Shipping to Australia is $10.00NZD untracked.

International shipping:
International shipping is via New Zealand Post
- Tracked delivery from pickup to delivery
- Duties and Taxes Prepaid no unexpected costs
- Delivery in 4–9 working days (5–12 to Hawaii and Alaska) (Timelines supplied by shipping partner and exact timing is outside of my control).
How long does shipping take?
We currently use New Zealand Post for the delivery of all orders.
Within New Zealand the estimated time is between 1-4 business days. For Australian orders, please allow up to 2 weeks on average. For International orders, please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive depending on your country. This time could also be extended if any delays occur with Customs on arrival to your country, which is something we are not unable to predict or control.
The exact delivery times are outside of our control once the parcel has been collected by New Zealand Post. A delivery confirmation email is sent once processed by New Zealand Post and includes your tracking number.
